Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy:-
At Parabellum Safety Gear, we strive for comfort, long lasting good quality footwear, making your feet fit and experience a pleasant one.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always use our one free exchange or return your order for free within South Africa.
The items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition. (i.e. no creases, dirt, polish or wear on the sole), and in their original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 60days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that weren’t originally purchased from Parabellum Safety Gear.
Timing:-
Once our factory has received your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us.
Refund:-
All refunds credited will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Free Shipping:-
We offer free shipping within South Africa for orders over R1500.00.
We also offer free return shipping for all items shipped within SA.

Please note that Parabellum Safety Gear does not disclose any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. We don’t keep a record of, a store, any part of your credit card details. Parabellum Safety Gear does keep records of certain personally identifiable infomation, such as your name, contact details, shipping address and billing address. This information is necessary in processing your order.
